my birthday is thirty minutes away. whaaaaaaaattttt? i'm stoked that i'm going to be able to say that i'm legal.
wait, let's reiterate that:

heck flippin' yes. not that it really matters because i already have a
boyfriend of six months, but it's something i've waited for so long,
and now it's finally here. life is still good.

CONFESSIONS:
i cried during harry potter 4.
i spent about $200 on presents for friends.
that money was given to me from my dad to be spent on myself, but that's okay.
i got 99% of my shopping done in one day.
i'm so ecstatic that it's winter break and half the school year is over.
i want to see julie, lisa, heather, nicole, and various other friends before the break is over, GOT IT? |

i'm not going to school today because i don't have a parking pass and therefore, i'm no longer allowed to park at school. ahahahahaha oh well, free day for me! maybe i'll finally finish up my application for UD.
which, by the way, i don't even really want to go there and hate feeling like i'm stuck going there.
i haven't done any scholarships at all and i know that's going to kick me in the butt. maybe i'll apply to the Miss Teen Delaware pageant and i'll earn a dollar or two in scholarships from people telling me to go home. hahaha it's a thought. i don't know... we'll see. |

today is awesome because i get to consume TWO turkey dinners that will allow me to gain those five pounds i desperately need. sikeeeee. but, i'm still down with eating michael's family and then mine.
i really feel the work out i got from physical therapy yesterday! my physical therapist, brian, said that in order to really strengthen my back, we need to work on my core aka i need to stop being a fatty and lose my kangaroo pouch. maybe pt won't be so bad... |

i just got an e-mail from my volleyball coach informing me of the girls on my team that got conference and all-state recognition. so, the other captain and another senior did, which is completely understandable because they are both phenomenal players. also, a junior and a sophomore got honorable mentions, and i got.... nothing. it sucks so much to give your all, and get absolutely nothing in return.
also, the banquet was switched from tuesday to wednesday, which happens to be me and michael's 4 monther. and i can guarantee the only award i will get will be a varsity letter and the captains' pin. so beat. of course something like this would happen to be.
i don't know where i'm going to college or what i want to do and i'm starting to stress out about it.
yea, i think my stomach problems are coming back. |

in case you were wondering, things are back to the way they should be and i'm no longer upset at life. michael and i are still going strong and i hang out with his parents while he's at work. and new paulson is absurdly superb. |

tonight will be my last season game for volleyball in high school. i still haven't fully grasped the fact that this is the last time i will play volleyball with a dickinson varsity jersey on. but, it's been a long season and with my hurt back, i will definitly embrace the surplus of free time that will result from its end.
and by free time, i mean alone time, because i have no friends to hang out with because no one likes me. |

so i had to wake up at 4 in the am on a saturday morning, but it's okay because now i'm the captain of the indian river tournament CHAMPIONS. yea, no big deal, but it's still a nice to think about.
in other news, i hurt my back a while ago and it's still not better. i think i should go to my doctor and get a referral to a chiropractor or something of that nature. |

I JUST HAD THE BEST WEEKEND EVER AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL. yea, i pretty much hate school. i think this year i am going to start taking "mental health days" so i can just bum around and see mike for a full day.

let's chat about how my senior year is going to be fantastic. first off, my schedule is as follows:
1- AP English Lit
2- Calculus CP
3- AP Government
4- Choraegus (my choir)
5- Biotechnology 1
6- Studio Art 1
7- NO CLASS, but i'm aiding for mrs. zerbe, who absolutely loves me.
i'm really proud of my self for realizing that trying to take more than 2 AP classes would be ridiculous and too much. also, chosing biotech over physics was a good decision because it will save me tons of tedious work and i'm glad i'm not taking AP calculus because that class would be ungodly hard.
all my teachers are pretty legit and my biotech teacher is fun to stare at. i can already tell i'm the most intelligent student in that class for coming up with "mitochondrial DNA testing" as to what we think of when it comes to biotechnology, when others replied with "science and stuff."
and studio art will be my favorite class because i don't have to thinkkkkk and the teacher is a biker/artist and i can probably chat with him about classic rock and his travels across the states.
this year looks very promising and i'm very excited!
i'm already disappearing, so grab me while you can. |
